Yesterday afternoon i received a letter from Herowang Sdn Bhd regarding about my house at Cyber City Apartment (Lot 1A16-1) Located at Jalan Lintas Kota Kinabalu. At first I was shock to see that i need to pay up amount of this following:
1. Interest charges due to late payment - RM 329.98
2. JARING Modem - RM 900.00
Management Corporation portion -
3. Service Charge Deposit - RM 150.00
4. Performance Deposit - RM1,000.00
5. Advance Service Charges - RM 150.00
6. Quit Rent - RM 22.00
7. Insurance - RM 45.00
8. Water Meter Deposit - RM 230.00
9. Electricity Meter Deposit - RM 200.00
10. Stamp Duty - RM 10.00

Looking at the amount goshh!! What a big amount for me to pay them up. But thinking about it, I was glad that my house was finish and i don't need to rent a house anymore after this. This coming Friday (15/1/2010), I already make a appointment to get my house key.
