OUTBOUND SCHOOL

14 - 15 January 2011 was a very exciting moment for 24 staffs of my Office including me. We was sent to Outbound School for a teamwork building program. During those 2 days, we learnt a lot based on ours experience that thought us how to improve our skill. Teamworks, attitude, responsibility, leadership and commitment, 5 things that bring all of us together in how to became a one team which are very important for a successful job .

1st Day - Doing Kayak, Rikunut (Climbing big tree) and nightline (eyes blindfolded)

2nd Day - Morning run, Rock climbing, Giant Ladder, flying fox, Rikunut again and final event water rafting challange.
